Dental Insurance
Regarding insurance, although our practice does not participate in any specific dental insurance networks, we serve numerous patients who possess dental insurance coverage. Despite the potential for lower out-of-pocket expenses elsewhere, many individuals choose to entrust us with their dental care needs. As a gesture of convenience for our insured patients, we undertake the responsibility of directly filing claims with their insurance providers. This streamlined process minimizes the delay in reimbursement from the insurer. While PPO plans offer optimal flexibility, enabling patients to select their preferred providers and typically resulting in higher reimbursement rates, we accommodate claims from various providers. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate federal- or state-sponsored social insurance plans.
Payments
Payment for services rendered is expected at the time of your appointment. For patients covered by insurance plans that offer reimbursement to our office, the payment due is the anticipated patient portion after insurance coverage. Conversely, patients with insurance plans that solely reimburse the individual are required to settle the full amount at the time of service.
We facilitate various payment methods, including cash, checks, credit cards, and debit cards. Additionally, we extend the option of utilizing CareCredit, a reputable third-party financing solution tailored to accommodate diverse budgetary considerations.
