  The front office folks and Dr. Johnson are terrific! However, the hygienist not so much. I understood when the X-rays hurt because I have an odd bone structure in my lower jaw. I made it okay through the water scrubbing of my teeth. When it came to the flossing, though, it was awful. She yanked the floss out and caused so much pain that I cried the night after due to extreme jaw pain. She made my experience awful. Sorry.
